This holiday season, the UK police will be using Twitter to publicly shame drivers stopped for drunk driving. I like the idea.

I'm OK with this. Yes, yes, I get the whole innocent until proven guilty thing, but if you're drunk, its usually not open to interpretation.

The article mentions that the names are only published if charges are made, which is public information anyways. I look forward to the results of this, see what impacts it has and what lessons can be learned, if any.
